If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, modest fit.

How to Measure Yourself

For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure directly over light clothing or underwear. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and avoid pulling it too tight.

Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back
Waist — Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso
Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat
Sleeve — Measure from the centre back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist
Shoulder — Measure straight across your upper back from shoulder point to shoulder point
Length — Measured from shoulder to hem; all Rue Haya dresses and abayas are designed to full modest length
