Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order by contacting support@ruehaya.com as soon as possible with your order number.

• Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will follow the return policy outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

• unused and unworn
• in original condition
• with original packaging and tags attached

Non-returnable items:

• custom-sized or altered items (non-refundable and not eligible for exchange)
• hijabs, undercaps, and accessories once opened or worn (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@ruehaya.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item using a trackable and insured service—customers are responsible for the package until received by Rue Haya.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Please review our Size Chart before ordering, as we offer FREE custom sizing on all items.

• Returns or exchanges due to sizing issues when the garment matches the Size Chart may incur return-shipping costs and a restocking fee.
• If the item does not match the Size Chart measurements or your approved custom sizing request, Rue Haya will cover return shipping and no restocking fee will apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by local consumer laws.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (processing times may vary by bank).
• Refunds cannot be issued for custom-sized or non-returnable items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@ruehaya.com.
Rue Haya will:

• cover return shipping
• provide a replacement or issue a full refund
