At Rue Haya, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently — wherever you are. Every parcel is carefully packed, fully tracked, and supported by our responsive customer-care team.

U.S. Shipping & Duties

All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning no surprise fees at delivery.
We prepay all import duties and taxes under the latest U.S. import rules (effective August 2025). Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for customs clearance.

🕓 Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days before dispatch.
• Transit Time: Approximately 3 business days to arrive from Egypt to our fulfillment center in US.
• Tracking: Approximately 3 business days to arrive to you from our fulfillment center. A tracking link and carrier details are emailed once your parcel ships

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Directly from our manufacturing facility in Egypt.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically shown at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties (non-U.S.), or refusal of delivery, the original shipping and customs fees will be deducted from any refund.
